Muay Thai meaning, “Art or Science of Eight Limbs” is one of the most devastating fighting systems in the world. Thai boxing as it is known in english originated over 1,000 years ago, and has evolved from military origins into the popular international sport it is today.
Thailand’s national sport, Muay Thai, is recognised globally as the most effective striking art today. Honed over a period of 2000 years, it is a graceful blend of punches, kicks, elbows and knees, along with various clinching techniques.
