-Purchased our All Stars kickboxing uniform comprising kickboxing shorts, kickboxing white T’shirt, hand wraps, ankle supports and All Stars patch on LHS leg
-Obtained a FREE copy of the student white to green singlet manual from All Stars web site
-Purchase Skipping rope, 16 oz boxing gloves or bag gloves

Essay on 1st Dan Adults – Study of Anatomy and Physiology (NEW 2017)
-Study of anatomy and physiology – ie understanding the 3 Energy Systems of the human body. Which system/mixture does Kickboxing use and when. What, when & why and how do we control/ build these systems. Research is recommended. ( min 500 words) must be produced in PDF and submitted 1 month prior to grading.
