Prerequisite/Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum requirements are
    • Working with Children Check and Police Check clearance
    • Own club public & Professional Liability / Indemnity Insurance

    • Must be either a black belt in a system and be able to demonstrates good leadership & communication skills.
    • Must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of self defence wishing to teach
    • Must demonstrate a good understanding current industry standards and current legislation.
    • Must be able to demonstrate all self defence and contact training skills.
    • Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills in dealing with difficult situations, and managing challenging behaviours.
    • Must be able to demonstrate best practice in their industry

Club Instructor Certification Steps 1-10 under All Stars Martial Arts Academy. All steps must be completed in full for all New Instructors.

  • All Stars Martial Arts Academy Instructor Certification is in 4 steps which need to be completed in full before progressing to the next step. Steps 3, 5,10, needs to be completed for each new system.

    • Step 2. Pre requisites (Pre recorded webinar ) – need to provide / upload evidence & qualifications.

Trainer Certification Levels & Required Learning under All Stars Martial Arts Academy 

  • Instructor ( Co- Facilitator)
  • Lead Instructor (Under Supervision)

  • Director of Training (State Training Manager)
  • National Training Manager (Owner of All Stars Training Division)

Instructor Learning Methods 1-4 of Knowledge – All are require to be Certified as a New Instructor .

  • All Stars Martial Arts Academy Instructor Learning includes 4 methods. Each method needs to be completed for your first training package you are seeking trainer certification in. Following that you only need to complete methods 2-4 for each new package you are seeking additional instructor certification in.
    • Method 1. Watch all
      – Pre recorded Foundation Webinars 
      as Pre Recorded/ Archive Webinars. We train you on the foundation knowledge content. ( Required Annually for each Trainer)
    • Method 2. Co-Facilitate (min 3 sessions Required)
      – Martial Arts Training Programs as Live Webinars / Face to Face – You co deliver / instruct the program under supervision. (Recommended 1 co-facilitation annually for each instructor seeking renewal of  instructor certification for each system)
    • Method 3. Lead the training (min 2 Required)
      – Martial Arts Training Programs as Live Webinars / Face to Face – with an assesor.
    • Method 4. Solo facilitation
      – Martial Arts Training Programs as Live Webinars / Face to Face. (Trainer Certification is Approved)

Pre Recorded Foundation Webinars (completed Annually by all Instructors)

  • Pre recorded Foundation Webinars – with Self Asessment  (1 hour duration).
