Instructor Requirements
- All Stars Martial Arts Academy provides internal instructor certification under All Stars Martial Arts Academy in Karate / Kickboxing / Boxing / Self Defence / Weapons / School Programs / Martial Arts Training Programs.

- Must be min black belt in system seeking to teach in and be able to demonstrates good leadership & communication skills.
- As a helper or assistant instructor in class you need to be min rank brown belt.
- Must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the martial art wishing to teach
- Must demonstrate a good understanding current industry standards and current legislation.
- Must be able to demonstrate all self defence and contact training skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills in dealing with difficult situations, and managing challenging behaviours.
- Must be able to demonstrate best practice in their industry

- Trainee (Provisional Certification)
- Brown Belt Leadership Program Assisting in Class
- Black Belt / Helper (Co Facilitate )
- Assistant Instructor (Under Supervision) 2nd in charge at a club over 18 years old
- Certified Instructor / Coach (Accredited / Endorsed by All Stars Martial Arts Academy )
- Senior Instructor (Solo Facilitator) Club Owner
- School Self Defence Instructor
- Professional Coach (Professional Development Programs)
- Master Coach (State Manager)
- National Coach (Owner of All Stars Training Division)
Instructor Learning Methods 1-4 of Knowledge – All are require to be Certified as a New Instructor .
- All Stars Martial Arts Academy Instructor Learning includes 4 methods. Each method needs to be completed for your first training package you are seeking trainer certification in. Following that you only need to complete methods 2-4 for each new package you are seeking additional instructor certification in.
- Method 1. Watch all – Webinars . We train you on the foundation knowledge content. ( Required Annually for all instructiors) conditions apply.
- Method 2. Helper (Co-Facilitate) (min 3 months required) – Martial Arts Training Programs Face to Face – You help out in class where needed and instructed. (No Charge/No Discounts)
- Method 3. Assistant Instructor (Under Supervision ) (min 3 months required) – Martial Arts Training Programs Face to Face – You assist in class by co deliver / instruct the program under supervision.
- Method 4. Senior Instructor (Solo Facilitator) (min 3 months required) – Martial Arts Training Programs as Face to Face – deliver / instruct the program without supervision at a nominated club.
- Method 5. School Programs (Solo Facilitator) (min 5 sessions required per program) – School Programs as Face to Face – deliver / instruct the program without supervision at a nominated school.
- Method 6. Professional Coach (min 5 sessions required) – Martial Arts Training Programs as Face to Face – deliver / instruct the program without supervision at a nominated club or school.
