Before School Care Program
- Select from our range of before-school programs, including karate, kickboxing, boxing, and MMA. Our Kids Karate Training is available from 8:00 AM to 8:40 AM.
- You can enroll your child for a minimum of one day or choose multiple days across different programs.
- Our most popular program is the Kids Karate class, held from 8:00 AM to 8:40 AM and lasting 40 minutes.
- These programs are exclusively free for students at your school.
- Open to students of all school ages and year levels.
- There is no charge for the use of school facilities such as halls or open spaces.
- There are no costs for the school; fees are charged to the students’ parents either weekly or per term.
- Enrollment includes a uniform for each child who joins. We offer a 2-week trial for $99 with a uniform, or a $29 trial without a uniform.
- Annually, we offer a free incursion for the whole school, specific to each program.
- Each year, we provide a free gift certificate for a term of martial arts classes, valued at $241.10, for school fundraisers.
- Grading sessions are conducted at the end of each term.
The following is a brief summary of the main areas covered in our E.G, Karate Classes.
Participants in the Kids Karate Class will acquire a comprehensive set of skills and knowledge to enhance personal safety and security. Students by completing each grade level will gain proficiency in the following areas:
- Personal Safety and Awareness Strategies: Develop a heightened sense of personal awareness and strategies to identify and respond effectively.
- Confidence Building Techniques: Cultivate self-confidence through practical exercises that empower participants to assert themselves confidently in various situations.
- Verbal and Nonverbal Self-Protection: Learn effective verbal communication techniques and body language cues that deter potential attackers and enhance personal safety.
- Safety Practices in Diverse Settings: Acquire the ability to live and navigate safely in a range of environments, including school, walking home from school, public transport, home, and social gatherings.
- Self Defence Skills : Master techniques to defend yourself from a variety of strikes & holds, both while standing and on the ground.
- Physical Striking and Blocking Techniques: Learn fundamental striking and blocking techniques to create distance from threats and protect oneself effectively.
- Practice KATA : These moves are simulating an attacker and your response to the attacker from different positions or direction.
