  • Our classes are designed to foster respect, discipline, and confidence, while improving concentration, physical fitness, flexibility, coordination, and self-defense skills.

  • Grading sessions are conducted four times a year, coinciding with the end of each term.
  • We hold advanced training sessions eight times a year, enhancing your skills and techniques.
  • Enjoy complimentary instructor training sessions, offered four times annually.
