  • All classes promote and teach respect, discipline, confidence, concentration, fitness, flexibility, co ordination and self defence.
  • Before joining, seek medical advice before starting any physical activity.
  • Agreed to the Clubs Terms & Conditions.
  • Once you start you should plan on never stopping.
  • We offer family discounts 2+ members
  • All fees are to be paid in advance.
  • All training fees are paid directly at each club location
  • Grading run four times a year at the end of each term
  • Advanced training days are run  eight times a year
  • FREE Instructor training sessions run 4 x a year.
