- All classes promote and teach respect, discipline, confidence, concentration, fitness, flexibility, co ordination and self defence.
- Before joining, seek medical advice before starting any physical activity.

- All fees are to be paid in advance.
- All training fees are paid directly at each club location
- Grading run four times a year at the end of each term
- Advanced training days are run eight times a year
- FREE Instructor training sessions run 4 x a year.
