Each day covers a different area ie Day 1 -Karate, Day 2- Kickboxing, Day 3 – MMA , Day 4 -Weapons
The holiday programs will cover training in karate, kickboxing, boxing, mixed martial arts and self- defence
Each day is different; however you can expect a warm up, stretching, cardiovascular activities including fun team games, non- contact sparring, kata, pad work, self- defence, grappling, weapons defence, floor work, advanced kicking and punching combinations and movies during lunch breaks and much more!
Instructors are all experience and are qualified instructors and have first aid and police clearances and very motivated.
Lunch is not provided so students will need to bring their own.
