I have been taking groups to All Stars for personal development through self defence and self awareness for 3 years now. As the co-ordinator of a program catering for “at risk” students, we find All Stars training an integral part of our 7 week program, designed to motivate and re-engage 14-16 year olds back into education. The instructors at All Stars work the students both physically and mentally through a mixture of physical movement, including self defence movements and through group conversation, where real life situations are discussed and often simulated. The quality of instruction is excellent, engaging even some of educations toughest nuts. I would highly recommend All Stars to any school group looking for a series of engaging physical and motivational sessions.

As the winter Sports season comes to an end, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my thanks to support the Skills Sports Program at Huntingtower.
We appreciate the professional and supportive manner in which your teachers conducted the self defence classes and I understand that the students enjoyed the course and all the different activities it involved.
I look forward to continued association.

The self Defence five week course was run most successfully at Preston Girls Secondary College. Students in three year 10 classes participated enthusiastically and learnt a great deal about the techniques used in self defence.
The instructor was an excellent leader and very thorough in his teachings. He related to t he students very well and was able to continually challenge them. We would like to continue next year when we run self defence at both year 9 & 10.
Thank you to the staff who work at All Stars Self Defence Centre. It is great to work with people with such professionalism. I’m looking forward to continuing working with again in the future.

As the year draws to a close I feel that it is necessary to take a few moments to thank the people who helped the Parade College Sports program throughout another successful year. Every week of the school year I have the task of organising inter and intra school sport for close to one thousand students. This could be daunting task if not for the support and assistance of many people.
I thank you for leading your teaching expertise to the program in the difficult role as part time staff member. The boys and I really appreciate your efforts and the role model you have set in helping them tl become not only a better sportsman but a good sport.
I trust that you have enjoyed being involved in our sporting program and look forward to renewing the acquaintance in the future at Parade College.

I had a group of students undertaking a Self Defence Course at your centre at Virginia Park. This was the first week I had attended and I was extremely impressed with the skills and the attitude of your instructors. Near the end of the session one of the students had an epileptic fit. The instructor remained calm and supportive the whole time and continued top work with the other students keeping them reassured and engaged. The staff member at reception was also excellent helping to inform the ambulance and wait until they arrived. I apologize for not having their names but if you can pass on the schools thanks for the professional attitude and support.
