School Program Details :
The format of each course is dependent upon the particular needs and age of those involved. Courses are generally booked by the hour or over a minimum of 5 weeks, shorter or longer session times are available. School requires no equipment other than mats and the school gym or open space. We provide the impact bags, gloves and an electronic certificate after a feedback form is completed by each student .

The following is a brief summary of the main areas covered in our self defence course.
Participants in the Basic Self-Defense Course will acquire a comprehensive set of skills and knowledge to enhance personal safety and security. By completing this course, participants will gain proficiency in the following areas:
- Personal Safety and Awareness Strategies: Develop a heightened sense of personal awareness and strategies to identify and respond effectively to potential threats.
- Confidence Building Techniques: Cultivate self-confidence through practical exercises that empower participants to assert themselves confidently in various situations.
- Verbal and Nonverbal Self-Protection: Learn effective verbal communication techniques and body language cues that deter potential attackers and enhance personal safety.
- Safety Practices in Diverse Settings: Acquire the ability to live and navigate safely in a range of environments, including school, streets, public transport, home, and social gatherings.
- Escapes from Grapples and Holds: Master techniques to escape from a variety of holds and grappling situations, both while standing and on the ground.
- Knife Defense: Develop skills to respond strategically and safely when faced with a knife-wielding attacker.
- Physical Striking and Blocking Techniques: Learn fundamental striking and blocking techniques to create distance from threats and protect oneself effectively.
- Everyday Item Utilization for Self-Protection: Discover innovative ways to use everyday objects as improvised tools for self-defense, enhancing resourcefulness in critical situations.
By the end of the course, participants will possess a well-rounded foundation in self-defense principles, equipping them with practical skills and a confident mindset to enhance personal safety in a variety of real-world scenarios.
Full Day Sports / Martial Arts Expos Details
- Instructor Delivered, Multiple Programs over a Full Day
- Audience – Prep to Grade 6
- Expos are available for student numbers from 50 – 120
- Instructor / Coach to Student maximum ratio is 1: 30
- 5 programs to choose from (4-5 selected for given day Eg. 120 Students = 4 Sports)
- Rotational (participants have a go at ALL activities)
- Gift to school (170 gift voucher) and students get ( 4 weeks free training)
